Welcome to the site for National Flash-fiction Day, to be held in the UK on May 16th 2012.
On this site you will find information about the competitions we are running, the events being planned, the writers and publishers involved in the day, the various people who are helping us, and information on how to get involved.
This will be the first time the day has been held, and we need you to get involved. So, if you want to plan an event, a publication, a reading, a workshop, or anything else, please let us know and we will add it to our listings.
In the coming months we will adding content to this site - the winning entries from our micro-fiction competition, the listings for events and involved writers, flash-fiction resources and more, so come back often.
And while this is a UK event, we want to involve any writers or events, wherever in the world they are, so do get in touch and we'll add you to our 'International' section.
And, you can now watch and listen to some of our writers reading their work on our YouTube Channel.
